An established Charted Surveying and Building consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their head office as an existing Associate Quantity Surveyor retires.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

Based in East London/Essex, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a close knit practice and will be hands-on, delivering a mix of projects including new build housing developments (up to £50m), Commercial, Education (extensions and refurbishments), and fund monitoring projects for Banks.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will report into a Director, but shall generally work autonomously in a client facing manner as a Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, and Employers Agent.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Preferably MRICS / at least hold a RICS degree
Previous Senior Quantity Surveyor experience
UK cost management / cost consultancy experience
Pre and post cost management ability

£60,000 - £70,000
22 days annual leave + bank holidays
