Proven experience of leading, coaching and developing a team in a customer focused retail business
Proven ability to develop and grow both a team and business
Effective problem solving and decision making skills
Well organised, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Able to effectively prioritise and delegate
Proficient in using programmes such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
