We are seeking a hardworking individual with a positive attitude and the ability to pay close attention to detail to join the team as a street Works Administrator.
Manage the teams works on site and plan / schedule the allocated work Re-allocate work and manage abortive visits Responsible for administrating all aspects of the noticing / permitting process against respective legislation and respective codes of Practice. Managing noticing against respective client systems and processes Managing e-mails and communication from various clients and suppliers Liaising with local authorities Sending reports to relevant parties regarding permit progress / updates / registrations dealing with any other administrative duties as and when required Chasing information, identifying issues or potential problems and escalating to the relevant Manager where appropriate Ensuring that no charges are incurred in respect to the administration of Street works. Desired experience:
Planning, scheduling or a strong administration background Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent communication and time management skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines Ability to work using own initiative and within a team Knowledge of Street works Legislation and relevant codes of Practice, although training will be given
