An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Support Division, based in central Liverpool. As a Support Administrator you will play a vital role in providing effective administration support within the business and a professional front of house experience for our visitors. The successful candidate will have proven administrative skills with good computer literacy, typing speed & accuracy.

Here at Search Consultancy, as a member of the Support Division, you'll be helping the operational teams achieve their objectives. To do that, you'll need to be a team player who is able to work to tight deadlines within a fast paced quality driven environment.

About the role
* Full time, permanent
* Monday to Friday working hours, 40 Hr pwk
* competitive salary within an established knowledgeable team
* Liverpool city centre

Duties involve
* Answering calls & emails for the offices, acting as first point of contact
* Scanning, filing and handling post
* Arranging meeting rooms
* meeting and greeting internal & external visitors
* General administrative tasks for the staff within the branch
* Liaising with the facilities team
* Other adhoc duties

To apply
* Previous administration background
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Previous experience in a similar role within a sizeable organisation desirable but not essential
* Quality Driven & Detail Conscious
* Good time management skills
