JOB TITLE: Team Assistant

COMPANY: Design & Fit Out

HOURS: 08.30am-17.30pm

START: ASAP - Willing to wait notice period

SALARY: £25,000-£30,000* Depending on experience

Acting at the first point of contact for the office, answering calls, and meeting & greeting visitors
Taking ownership of diary management for some of the Directors
Taking on PA duties for the Directors where necessary
Managing the spending activity on the company credit card, booking travel & accommodation, and ordering office supplies
An opportunity to gain your Fire Marshall & First Aid-er qualifications (all training will be provided)
Organising and planning company events
Assisting with staff inductions and employee learning & development - such as the booking of training courses
Assisting with the creation of fun events, round table events, and showrooms as and when required
Supporting with office moves, the office will be moving in July so this is something that you will learn a great deal about SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

A super enthusiastic, friendly, sociable individual with a good sense of humour - personality is key!
Previous experience within a similar role
An organised individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail, the ability to spot little mistakes and a passion to work hard until everything is in place & everyone is satisfied
A proactive individual with great interpersonal skills, someone who is confident to liaise with a range of stakeholders
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Natural problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritise several busy schedules, as well as act when something needs to be dealt with urgently
