The Opportunity

Join us as Technology Transfer Lead in a newly created receiving unit ensuring the success of technology transfers from client to site. You will report into the Technology Transfer Manager delivering on 2-5 live projects at any time.

You will:

Provide technical guidance on project feasibility and risk, provide GAP analysis, project planning and define success criteria. You will act as a technical expert, this will involve communication across departments and externally with clients.

Work on Technology Transfer Process Readiness: detailed planning working with the other Leads to consider the facility schedule in relation to other transfers.

Execution and Transfer Close: you will be accountable for process implementation, qualification and delivery on transfer specific objections, tasks and communications.

Technology Transfer Management: you will manage and report on project progress and delivery.

We are looking for

Scientific or engineering degree.

Experience in a technical, pharmaceutical or CDMO setting, you may bring a specialization as a Process Engineer, Process Safety Chemist or you may bring technical experience from a project focused role.

An understanding of process chemistry, plant processes such as spray drying and common analytical techniques. 

Experience of technology transfer would be highly desirable.
