Opportunity is around the corner as Pertemps are currently recruiting for an exciting role based between on the outskirts of Lincoln. You will be working a Trainee Office Assistant in a factory office environment. The company specialises in manufacturing a range military equipment including, a wide range of ammunition, pyrotechnics, smoke & distraction devices and more.

Due to the location of the factory you will need to have your own transport. 

What will I be expected to do? 

Filing documents
Entering data onto our systems
Tracking orders
Speaking with customers / suppliers
Be versatile, and willing to learn new skills What skills do I need?

Experience of Microsoft office such as word and excel
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
You should be enthusiastic and enjoy being busy
Able to work with a flexible approach in a dynamic workplace
What hours will I be working?

The hours are for this Admin role are Monday to Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm.

What will I be paid?

The pay for this position is £9.50ph to start which will then increase after your probation period.
