What you’ll be doing:
Holmleigh \Waking Night Support Workers provide a high-quality, reliable support service for people with a range of needs. Your role is to promote independence, choice and community inclusion. The support you offer will depend on the needs and aspirations of each person but will always be delivered with kindness and respect.
The Nitty Gritty:
  • Care Experience preferred not essential as full training provided
  • Our support is planned around the needs of each person. This means staff work on a rota system over 7 days and shifts can vary depending on service user need, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • We are keen to hear from Drivers, but this is not essential. A willingness to support people to access chosen activities in their community will be key to those you support.
