Location: WakefieldShift:u00A04 on 4 off, days and nights (06:30-18:30/18:30-06:30)Warehouse Team Leaderu00A0Duties:nEnsure the application of the business u201Ckey standardsu201D are maintainedEstablish, monitor and maintain agreed performance levels for all warehouse activityLiaise, support and develop effective working relationships with internal and external customersStrong system control, ensuring adjustments are fully understood and reported.Ensure efficient flow of stock throughout the siteWork closely with the site, customer and supplier stock teams ensuring clarity and consistency in all we doOperating counterbalance FLTEnsuring efficient and effective delivery and implementation of all aspects of Clients operational requirementsWorking to KPIs and objectives agreed with clients, taking into account any special projects or initiativesMaintain a safe working environment which complies with all aspects of the companyu2019s H&S policyEnsure all environmental control measures are in place and effectiveEstablish and maintain a harmonized people focused team-working environmentGeneral HousekeepingnWarehouse Team Leader Requirements:nPrevious experience as a Team Leader working in a busy environmentAble to work on own initiative and as part of a teamIn-date accredited FLT licenceMinimum of 2 yearsu2019 experience operating a counterbalance FLTA good motivator of peopleTo have an expectation of high standards in the working environment.Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenAble to demonstrate strong leadershipu00A0Ability to prioritise business requirementsUnderstands and demonstrates the culture and values of the business within their teamAbility to influence others
