SECTION 1 – The Terms
- Introduction
- These Portal Terms of Acceptable Use (hereafter, the Terms) explain how you may use our online portal and any of its content available at: https://www.studylearngrow.com/ (our Portal). These Terms apply between StudyLearnGrow, a trading name of Webosaurus Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09516516 and with a registered office at The Broadgate Tower 12th Floor, 20 Primrose Street, London, England, EC2A 2EW (we, us or our) and you, the person accessing or using our Portal (you or your).
- You should read these Terms carefully before using our Portal. By using our Portal or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you should stop using our Portal immediately.
- If you are an Employer or Education Provider and you have an underlying Service Agreement with us for use of our Portal and our Services, the provisions of the that Services Agreement, together with the Order Form, any Special Conditions and schedules (together the Terms of Service) that we have entered into with you shall apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Terms of Service that we have entered into with you, and the provisions of these present Terms, the Terms of Service will prevail.

- We are StudyLearnGrow, a company that acts as a marketplace connecting students, job seekers, employers and education providers. (the Services) through our Portal, in order to provide access to learning and career opportunities.

- Using our Portal
- Our Portal is designed to be used by four different categories of Users as well as by general visitors to our website without having an account or being registered. These are as follows:
- Students: our Portal offers Students an opportunity to map education and career opportunities. If you are a Student, Section 2 – Students applies to your use of our Portal in addition to this present Section 1 – The Terms.
- Jobseekers: our Portal offers Jobseekers an opportunity to map which qualifications can help them boost their career prospects. If you are a Jobseeker, Section 3 – Jobseekers applies to your use of our Portal in addition to this present Section 1 – The Terms.
- Education Providers: our Portal helps Education Providers drive up course enrolments and save on their acquisition costs. If you are an Education Provider, Section 4 – Education Providers applies to your use of our Portal in addition to this present Section 1 – The Terms.
- Employers: our Portal helps Employers find skilled and qualified talent faster and reduce the cost-per-hire substantially. If you are an Employer, Section 5 – Employers applies to your use of our Portal in addition to this present Section 1 – The Terms.
If you are a Student or a Jobseeker, our Portal and corresponding Services are made available by us to you only for your personal and non-commercial use.
If you are an Education Provider or an Employer, our Portal and corresponding Services are made available to you only for your professional and commercial use as set out and agreed in the Terms of Service that we have entered into with you.
Please make sure you carefully read and understand the provisions of this present Section 1 -The Terms and any additional Sections that apply to you. It is your responsibility to make sure you have read any terms applicable to your use of our Portal.

- You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of our Portal.
- We make no promise that our Portal is appropriate or available for use in locations outside of the United Kingdom, where we are based. If you choose to access our Portal from locations outside of the United Kingdom, you acknowledge you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where they apply.
- We try to make our Portal as accessible as possible. If you have any difficulties using our Portal, please contact us on info@studylearngrow.com.
- Acceptable use of our Portal
- As an essential condition of your access and use of our Portal, you agree not to:
- copy, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, reduce to human readable form or make error corrections to the any and all software, code, computer programing, analytics technology, or tracking technology owned by us or deployed, used or accessible on our Portal, in whole or in part except to the extent that any reduction of the aforementioned to a human readable form (whether by reverse engineering, decompilation or disassembly) is necessary for the purposes of integrating the operation of the aforementioned with the operation of other software or systems used by the Employer or Education Provider for performance of the Terms of Service.
- misuse or attack our Portal or Services by knowingly transmitting any data, sending or uploading any material that introduces or contains viruses, trojans, worms, time bombs, logic bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other material which is malicious or technologically harmful (such as by way of a denial-of-service attack) or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Portal, the server on which our Portal is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Portal;
- use our Portal or Services in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
- use our Portal or Services in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;
- use our Portal or Services for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way, including any minors that are accessing or using our Portal;
- bully, insult, intimidate or humiliate any person on or via our Portal;
- send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with the provisions of these Terms or any applicable laws; and
- transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).
- We may prevent or suspend your access to our Portal if you do not comply with these Terms or any applicable law.
- Registration and password security
- Use of our Portal may require registration, particularly in order to access areas reserved for Employers or Education Providers on our Portal, or for areas reserved for those with accounts in the case of Students and Jobseekers who are not using our Portal in guest mode.
- For more information in relation to registering on our Platform, and your obligations in relation to the security of your login details and password, please visit the Section that applies to your use of our Portal.
- Infringing content
- We will use reasonable efforts to:
- delete accounts and posts which are being used in an inappropriate manner or in breach of these Terms; and
- identify and remove any content that is inappropriate, defamatory, infringes intellectual property rights or is otherwise in breach of these Terms or any other Policies on our Portal,
when we are notified, but we have no obligation to monitor the Portal (and only will in our sole discretion) and will not be responsible if you have failed to provide us with the relevant information.

- If you believe that any content which is distributed or published on our Portal, whether such content is posted by a User or by us, is inappropriate, defamatory or infringing on intellectual property rights, you should contact us immediately using the contact details at the top of these Terms.
- Your privacy and personal information
Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy available at https://studylearngrow.com/legal-documents/privacy-policy/ , which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities in the event you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information. - Ownership, use and intellectual property rights
- The intellectual property rights in our Portal and in any text, images, video, audio or other multimedia content, software or other information or material submitted to or accessible from our Portal (Content) are owned by us and our licensors.
- We and our licensors reserve all our intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, all copyright, trade marks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind) whether registered or unregistered anywhere in the world. This means, for example, that we remain owners of them and are free to use them as we see fit.
- Nothing in these Terms grants you any legal rights in our Portal or the Content other than as necessary for you to access it. You agree not to adjust, try to circumvent or delete any notices contained on our Portal or the Content (including any intellectual property notices) and in particular, in any digital rights or other security technology embedded or contained within our Portal or the Content.
- Trade marks: Webosaurus, Webonet, Webolytics and StudyLearnGrow are our unregistered, registered and trade marks pending registration. Other trade marks and trade names may also be used on our Portal or in the Content, for example the trade marks of the Education Providers and Employers using our Portal and Services. Use by you of any trade marks on our Portal or in the Content is strictly prohibited unless you have our prior written permission. If you are an Education Provider or an Employer you authorise us to use your logo and/or trade mark on our Portal and for the purpose of you being able to display listings and use our Portal as per the Terms of Service.
- Software
- Software (including our innovative tracking analytics technology which is either owned or licenced to us) may be made available for you to use in order to benefit from our Services on our Portal. You will be granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use any such software, strictly only on our Portal, subject to you to these Terms and in the case of Education Providers and Employers, any additional terms contained in the Terms of Service that we have entered into with you.
- If you are using our Portal as a Student or a Jobseeker, regardless of whether such use is through a registered account or as a guest, any software made available on our Portal is solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Using the software in an unlawful way (such as reproducing or redistributing it in a way that breaches these Terms) is expressly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
- Hyperlinks and third party sites
Our Portal may contain hyperlinks or references to third party advertising and websites other than our Portal, including those of the Education Providers and Employers using our Portal. Any such hyperlinks or references are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over third party advertising or websites and accept no legal responsibility for any content, material or information contained in them. The display of any hyperlink and reference to any third party advertising or website does not mean that we endorse that third party’s website, products or services. Your use of a third party site may be governed by the terms and conditions of that third-party site and is at your own risk.
- Limitation on our liability
- Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury) or arising under applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information, we are not legally responsible for any:
- losses that were not foreseeable to you and us when these Terms were formed;
- losses that were not caused by any breach on our part;
- business losses; and
- losses to non-consumers.
- Events beyond our control
We are not liable to you if we fail to comply with these Terms because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Rights of third parties
No one other than a party to these Terms has any right to enforce any of these Terms.
- Variation
- No changes to these Terms are valid or have any effect unless agreed by us in writing or made in accordance with this Clause 14.
- We reserve the right to vary these Terms from time to time. Our updated Terms will be displayed on our Portal and by continuing to use and access our Portal following such changes, you agree to be bound by any variation made by us. It is your responsibility to check these Terms from time to time to verify such variations.
- Disputes
- Disputes with us: We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently. If you are unhappy with us, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details set out at the top of this page, or if you are an Education Provider or Employer, in accordance with the Terms of Service that we have entered into with you.
- Disputes with other Users:
- In this section, the term Users shall have the meaning given to it in clause 3.1 of these Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, User shall therefore mean a user of our Portal, being a Student, Jobseeker, Education Provider, Employer or any other general visitor or user of the Portal.
- You should direct any complaint relating to another User to that User. Users must take all reasonable steps to resolve any dispute with another User with that User.
- Any costs you incur in relation to a complaint or dispute with another User will be your responsibility.
- Notwithstanding any other provision of this present Clause, you or we may at any time close your account or discontinue your use of our Portal.
- We, in our capacity as a education and employment marketplace provider of our Portal and our Services, are not a party to any disputes between any Users or in the event of any dispute, audit, investigation, sanction, fine or penalty arising out of or in connection with the separate contractual relationship or arrangements concluded between such Users or the services provided or offered or received between such Users, including but not limited to any employment agreement entered between Users.
- Governing Law
- The laws of England and Wales will govern these Terms. If you want to take court proceedings, the relevant courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms.
SECTION 2 – Students
- Students
- You shall be considered a Student for the purposes of these Terms when you use our Portal to browse, sign-up and partake in educational courses made available by Education Providers on our Portal and browse courses, buy courses, access interesting articles, free CV review, show interest in specific courses by filling course enquiry forms or callback request forms.
- Access to and use of our Portal
- Our Portal is designed and intended for your non-commercial and personal use only.
- Our Portal is designed for those over the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, your parent or guardian must allow you and authorise you to allow you to use our Portal, which they must attest to when you sign up, or log-in or interact with any of the Services or other Users on our Portal. Your parent or guardian is responsible for your overall use of our Portal. If we have reasons to believe that you are under the age of 13 and are using our Portal without parental of guardian consent, we may suspend or terminate your access to our Portal.
- If we have any reason to believe or suspect that your use of our Portal is outside of the pre-intended non-commercial and personal use, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Portal, including deleting or suspending any account you may have with us. This is in addition to the grounds for termination or suspension of use described in these Terms.
- You agree that access to, use of or completion of an educational course made available on our Portal by the Education Providers registered on our Portal shall be on an “as is” basis. We do not make any guarantees or warranties that such courses are suitable for your needs or are fit for a particular purpose.
- Registration and password security
- Use of our Portal may require registration, particularly in order to access areas reserved for account holders our Portal. For example, Students can access all areas of the Portal for the Study and Learn offerings. However, Students wishing to become Jobseekers would need to register to apply for any job or employment opportunities available via our Grow offering.
- This Clause 19 provides more information on registering as a user on our Portal and your obligations in relation to the security of your login details and password.
- We are not obliged to permit anyone to register on our Portal and we may refuse, terminate or suspend registration to anyone at any time.
- You are responsible for making sure that your password and any other account details are kept secure and confidential.
- If we have reason to believe there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of our Portal through your account or the use of your password, we may notify you and require you to change your password, or we may suspend or terminate your account.
- Any personal information you provide to us as part of the registration process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at https://studylearngrow.com/legal-documents/privacy-policy/ .
- Submitting information to our Portal
- While we try to make sure that our Portal is secure, we do not actively monitor or check whether information supplied to us through our Portal is confidential, commercially sensitive or valuable.
- Other than any personal information which will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy, we do not guarantee that information supplied to us through our Portal will be kept confidential and we may use it on an unrestricted and free-of-charge basis as we reasonably see fit.
- Accuracy of information and availability of our Portal
- We try to make sure that our Portal is accurate, up-to-date and free from bugs, but we cannot promise that it will be. Furthermore, we cannot promise that our Portal will be fit or suitable for any purpose. Any reliance that you may place on the information on our Portal is at your own risk.
- We may suspend or terminate access or operation of our Portal at any time as we see fit, as per the provisions of these Terms.
- Our Portal is available on an “as is” basis only. Any Content is provided for your general information purposes only and to inform you about us and our Services, opportunities and offerings in relation to Education Providers and their educational courses and news, features, services and other opportunities that may be of interest, but have not been tailored to your specific requirements or circumstances. It does not constitute technical, financial or legal advice or any other type of advice and should not be relied on for any purposes. You should always use your own independent judgment when using our Portal and its Content.
- While we try to make sure that our Portal is available for your use, we do not promise that our Portal will be available at all times or that your use of our Portal will be uninterrupted.
- Our Payment Partner
- If you purchase courses online directly from the Education Provider, you will be able to make payments for such courses through a variety of options made available via our Portal. This may include by enabling you to make payment by debit or credit card, or by bank transfer or wire payment or use an Online Payment Partner service, as described at clause 22.2 below.
- In order to facilitate payments via our Portal, we may use a third-party online payment partner as notified to you from time to time via our Portal, currently, Stripe (Online Payment Partner) to collect payments on our Portal, including for the educational courses from Education Providers, our Services and access and use of our Portal.
- The processing of payments by the Online Payment Partner will be, in addition to these Terms, subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Online Payment Partner, and will be concluded between you and the Online Payment Provider. By using the Online Payment Provider’s services, you expressly accept to be bound by the Online Payment Provider’s terms and conditions which are currently available at: https://stripe.com/gb/checkout/legal.
- You agree to release us and our employees and agents in respect of all liability for loss, damage or injury which may be suffered by any person arising from any act or omission of the Online Payment Partner, including any issue with security or performance of the Online Payment Partner's platform or any error or mistake in processing your payment.
- We reserve the right to correct, or to instruct our Online Payment Partner to correct, any errors or mistakes in collecting your payment.
SECTION 3 – Jobseekers
- Jobseekers
- You shall be considered a Jobseeker for the purposes of these Terms when you use our Portal to browse, apply to and/or interact with the career opportunities, career advice, free CV review and career tools made available by the Employers on our Portal and apply for job vacancies, keep a track on saved applications, use our recommend courses option based on your career profile.
- Access to and use of our Portal
- Our Portal is designed and intended for your non-commercial and personal use only, strictly for the purposes of finding employment or benefiting from the career tools made available on our Portal.
- Our Portal is designed for those over the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, your parent or guardian must allow you and authorise you to allow you to use our Portal, which they must attest to when you sign up, or log-in or interact with any of the Services or other Users on our Portal. Your parent or guardian is responsible for your overall use of our Portal. If we have reasons to believe that you are under the age of 13 and are using our Portal without parental of guardian consent, we may suspend or terminate your access to our Portal.
- If we have any reason to believe or suspect that your use of our Portal is outside of the pre-intended non-commercial and personal use, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Portal, including deleting or suspending any account you may have with us. This is in addition to the grounds for termination or suspension of use described in these Terms.
- You agree that access to, applications to, use of or completion of any job opportunities or career related tools made available on our Portal by the Employers registered on our Portal shall be on an “as is” basis. We do not make any guarantees or warranties that such job opportunities or career tools are suitable for your needs or are fit for a particular purpose.
- It is your responsibility to ascertain your right to work, tax obligations, qualifications, and any other information when submitting information or an application for a job opportunity to an Employer on our Portal. We do not assess or control such information. In the case of an offer or engagement of employment or other such engagement, the contractual relationship shall only be between you and the relevant Employer.
- Nothing in these Terms, or otherwise, constitutes an employer-employee or principal-agent relationship between us and you.
- It is your sole responsibility to verify the contents of any information provided by Employers.
- Registration and password security
- Use of our Portal may require registration, particularly in order to access areas reserved for Jobseekers who must be account holders on our Portal in order to apply for job offers and employment opportunities. This Clause 25 provides more information on registering as a user on our Portal and your obligations in relation to the security of your login details and password.
- We are not obliged to permit anyone to register on our Portal and we may refuse, terminate or suspend registration to anyone at any time.
- You are responsible for making sure that your password and any other account details are kept secure and confidential.
- If we have reason to believe there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of our Portal through your account or the use of your password, we may notify you and require you to change your password, or we may suspend or terminate your account.
- Any personal information you provide to us as part of the registration process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at https://studylearngrow.com/legal-documents/privacy-policy/ .
- Submitting information to our Portal
- While we try to make sure that our Portal is secure, we do not actively monitor or check whether information supplied to us through our Portal is confidential, commercially sensitive or valuable.
- Other than any personal information which will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy, we do not guarantee that information supplied to us through our Portal will be kept confidential and we may use it on an unrestricted and free-of-charge basis as we reasonably see fit, so far as this is permitted under applicable law.
- Accuracy of information and availability of our Portal
- We try to make sure that our Portal is accurate, up-to-date and free from bugs, but we cannot promise that it will be. Furthermore, we cannot promise that our Portal will be fit or suitable for any purpose. Any reliance that you may place on the information on our Portal is at your own risk.
- We may suspend or terminate access or operation of our Portal at any time as we see fit.
- Our Portal is available on an “as is” basis only. Any Content is provided for your general information purposes only and to inform you about us and our Services, opportunities and offerings in relation to jobs and careers, and news, features, services and other websites that may be of interest, but has not been tailored to your specific requirements or circumstances. It does not constitute technical, financial or legal advice or any other type of advice and should not be relied on for any purposes. You should always use your own independent judgment when using our Portal and its Content.
- While we try to make sure that our Portal is available for your use, we do not promise that our Portal will be available at all times or that your use of our Portal will be uninterrupted.
SECTION 4 – Education Providers
- Education Providers
- You shall be considered an Education Provider for the purposes of these Terms when you use our Portal to offer your educational courses and make use of our Services as per the Terms of Service that we have entered into with you. For clarification, employees and authorised representatives of a company or organization using our Portal shall be deemed to have duly bound their company and organization to these Terms.
- Access to and use of our Portal
- Our Portal is designed and intended for your commercial use only, strictly in line with the provisions of the Terms of Service that we have entered into with you.
- Our Portal is designed for those over the age of 13. You must inform us without undue delay if you know or suspect that a User of our Portal is under the age of 13, and that you know or suspect that such User is on our Portal without the consent of their parent or guardian. If we have reasons to believe that such User is under the age of 13 and are using our Portal without parental of guardian consent, we may suspend or terminate their access to our Portal.
- Where applicable, you must ensure that any and all content in your educational courses is appropriate for the age of Users subscribing to such courses.
- If we have any reason to believe or suspect that your use of our Portal is outside of the use designated in these Terms and the Terms of Service we have entered into with you, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Portal, including deleting or suspending any account you may have with us, as per the termination provisions contained in the Terms of Service that we have entered into with you.
- You agree that we shall not be responsible for the content that you upload on our Portal and that you shall not upload or otherwise introduce content on our Portal that contravenes with the provisions of these Terms or the Terms of Service that we have entered into with you.
- Nothing in these Terms, or otherwise, constitutes an employer-employee or principal-agent relationship between us and you.
- It is your sole responsibility to verify the contents of any information provided by Students, where applicable.
- Registration and password security
- Use of our Portal will require registration of your employees and authorised representatives, in order to access areas reserved for Education Providers on our Portal.
- We are not obliged to permit anyone to register on our Portal and we may refuse, terminate or suspend registration to anyone at any time.
- Your employees and authorised representatives are responsible for making sure that their password and any other account details are kept secure and confidential.
- If we have reason to believe there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of our Portal through your designated account(s) or the use of your password(s), we may notify you and require you to change any password(s), or we may suspend or terminate the accounts of your employees or authorised representatives.
- Any personal information of your employees or authorised representatives that you provide to us as part of the registration process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at https://studylearngrow.com/legal-documents/privacy-policy/ .
- Submitting information to our Portal
- Information that you submit to our Portal shall be subject to the confidentiality provisions in the Terms of Service or any separate Non Disclosure Agreement that we have entered into with you where such information falls within the definition of “Confidential Information” in the Terms of Service .
- Other than any personal information which will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and any Confidential Information (as defined in the Terms of Service ) which will be kept confidential and secure as per the Terms of Service , we do not guarantee that information supplied to us through our Portal will be kept confidential and we may use it on an unrestricted and free-of-charge basis as we reasonably see fit.
- Accuracy of information and availability of our Portal
- We try to make sure that our Portal is accurate, up-to-date and free from bugs, but we cannot promise that it will be. Furthermore, without prejudice to our obligations to you under our Terms of Service, we cannot promise that our Portal will be fit or suitable for any purpose. Any reliance that you may place on the information on our Portal is at your own risk.
- Without prejudice to the rights and obligations in our Terms of Service, we may suspend or terminate access or operation of our Portal at any time as we see fit. Such termination shall be subject to the termination provisions that we have entered into with you in the Terms of Service.
- Any Content is provided for your general information purposes only and to inform you about us and our Services, opportunities and offerings in relation to educational courses that you provide on our Portal and news, features, services and other websites that may be of interest, but has not been tailored to your specific requirements or circumstances. It does not constitute technical, financial or legal advice or any other type of advice and should not be relied on for any purposes. You should always use your own independent judgment when using our Portal and its Content.
- Without prejudice to the obligations in our Terms of Service, while we try to make sure that our Portal is available for your use, we do not promise that the Portal will be available at all times or that your use of our Portal will be uninterrupted.
SECTION 5 - Employers
- Employers
- You shall be considered an Employer for the purposes of these Terms when you use our Portal to offer job and career opportunities and make use of our Services as per the Terms of Service that we have entered into with you. For clarification, employees and authorised representatives of a company or organization using our Portal shall be deemed to have duly bound their company and organization to these Terms.
- Access to and use of our Portal
- Our Portal is designed and intended for your commercial use only, strictly in line with the provisions of the Terms of Service that we have entered into with you.
- Our Portal is designed for those over the age of 13. You must inform us without undue delay if you know or suspect that a User of our Portal is under the age of 13, and that you know or suspect that such User is on our Portal without the consent of their parent or guardian. If we have reasons to believe that such User is under the age of 13 and are using our Portal without parental of guardian consent, we may suspend or terminate their access to our Portal.
- You must independently verify that any User that applies to any of your job or career opportunities is over 18 years old, has the right to work in the relevant territory, and has the relevant qualifications, experience, certificates and licenses in accordance with your requirements.
- Listings: You acknowledge and agree that:
- you must use your reasonable endeavours to provide as much information as possible in any listing you submit to our Portal (Listing);
- we have no obligation to review or monitor Listings but may in our sole discretion, choose not to accept any Listing you submit to our Portal, and may limit the number of Listings you can submit to our Portal, in accordance with the Terms of Service that we have entered into with you;
- any information you supply in a Listing must be true, timely and accurate;
- any employment agreement or any other such contract entered into between you and a User is solely between you and the relevant User and does not involve us in any way, except that they must not be inconsistent with your or the User’s obligations under these Terms and the Terms of Service that we have entered into with you; and
- we will have no responsibility for the accuracy, reliability or timeliness of any User’s response to a Listing.
- Provision of assignments: You must ensure that all Listings are:
- in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, tax obligations and industry standards;
- accurate, reliable and up to date;
- written with due care and skill and in a professional, punctual and diligent manner; and
- does not contain any offer for any illegal labour leasing or concealed working activities.
- If we have any reason to believe or suspect that your use of our Portal is outside of the use designated in these Terms and the Terms of Service we have entered into with you, or in breach of the aforementioned, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Portal, including deleting or suspending any account you may have with us, as per the termination provisions contained in the Terms of Service that we have entered into with you.
- You agree that we shall not be responsible for the content that you upload on our Portal and that you shall not upload or otherwise introduce content on our Portal that contravenes with the provisions of these Terms or the Terms of Service that we have entered into with you.
- Nothing in these Terms, or otherwise, constitutes an employer-employee or principal-agent relationship between us and you.
- It is your sole responsibility to verify the contents of any information provided by Jobseekers, or any other User, where applicable. We are not responsible for verifying the information submitted by Jobseekers, nor give any warranties in relation to the suitability of Jobseekers.
- In the case of an offer or engagement of employment or other such engagement, the contractual relationship shall only be between you and the relevant Jobseeker. We shall not be a party to this contractual relationship.
- Tax
You are responsible for the collection and remission of all taxes associated with the job or career opportunities, offers and engagements you provide or receive through your use of our Portal, and we will not be held accountable in relation to any agreements or transactions where tax-related misconduct has occurred. For the avoidance of doubt, any taxes related to the employment of individuals, the provision and purchase of services, IR35, illegal labour leasing or any other such taxes are expressly the sole responsibility of you and/or the Jobseeker, as applicable.
- Registration and password security
- Use of our Portal will require registration of your employees and authorised representatives, in order to access areas reserved for Employers on our Portal.
- We are not obliged to permit anyone to register on our Portal and we may refuse, terminate or suspend registration to anyone at any time.
- Your employees and authorised representatives are responsible for making sure that their password and any other account details are kept secure and confidential.
- If we have reason to believe there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of our Portal through your designated account(s) or the use of your password(s), we may notify you and require you to change any password(s), or we may suspend or terminate the accounts of your employees or authorised representatives.
- Any personal information of your employees or authorised representatives that you provide to us as part of the registration process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at https://studylearngrow.com/legal-documents/privacy-policy/.
- Submitting information to our Portal
- Information that you submit to our Portal shall be subject to the confidentiality provisions in the Terms of Service that we have entered into with you where such information falls within the definition of “Confidential Information” in the Terms of Service.
- Other than any personal information which will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and any Confidential Information (as defined in the Terms of Service ) which will be kept confidential and secure as per the Terms of Service, we do not guarantee that information supplied to us through our Portal will be kept confidential and we may use it on an unrestricted and free-of-charge basis as we reasonably see fit.
- Accuracy of information and availability of our Portal
- We try to make sure that our Portal is accurate, up-to-date and free from bugs, but we cannot promise that it will be. Furthermore (and without prejudice to our Terms of Service), we cannot promise that our Portal will be fit or suitable for any purpose. Any reliance that you may place on the information on our Portal is at your own risk.
- Without prejudice to the rights and obligations in the Terms of Service, we may suspend or terminate access or operation of our Portal at any time as we see fit. Such termination shall be subject to the termination provisions that we have entered into with you in the Terms of Service.
- Any Content is provided for your general information purposes only and to inform you about us and our Services, opportunities and offerings in relation to your job opportunities and Listings that you provide on our Portal and news, features, services and other websites that may be of interest, but has not been tailored to your specific requirements or circumstances. It does not constitute technical, financial or legal advice or any other type of advice and should not be relied on for any purposes. You should always use your own independent judgment when using our Portal and its Content.
- Without prejudice to the rights and obligations in our Terms of Service, while we try to make sure that our Portal is available for your use, we do not promise that the Portal will be available at all times or that your use of our Portal will be uninterrupted.
