What is Scrum?

The Scrum Master is responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide. Scrum Masters do this by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values.
Scrum master assists to Product Owner, Development Team in several ways as well as supporting the organization.
He or she works as a Scrum Coach. Scrum Masters do this by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values. The Scrum Master helps those outside the Scrum Team understand which of their interactions with the Scrum Team are helpful and which aren’t. The Scrum Master helps everyone change these interactions to maximize the value created by the Scrum Team.
The Scrum Master is a servant-leader for the Scrum Team. As a servant leader, The Scrum Master puts the team before himself or herself and helping people perform as highly as possible. So, the servant leader exists to serve the people.
PSM I Exam:
Once you feel prepared, you can register for the PSM I exam in scrum.org. It will cost you 150 USD for every attempt, and if you attend a Scrum . org training centre, then your first attempt would be free. All you get is a personal password without expiration date through which you can get connected to their page and can give exams.
