In addition to this, we also consider other strategies but the main focus is on 3+1. We run the numbers, we look at how it works and why it works.

We do briefly consider alternatives to property as the investment vehicle, but we consider it to be the best. WE look at the steps to take, how to decide on what to buy and where to look. We look at the historical nature of the property market how it affects the UK and what inflation does.
