In the “Leadership Skills: Building Emotional, Organizational & Cultural Intelligence” course, you will learn the essential skills to develop and expand your leadership repertoire, focusing on emotional, organizational, and cultural intelligence. Students are challenged to examine their leadership style, cultivate leadership skills and coach others. In the course module "Nature versus Nurture" students learn whether leaders are born or made. In the module "Mindset and Growth" students discover how entity versus incremental beliefs about themselves and others affect performance. In the module "Leadership Style" students explore their leadership style and learn how it affects performance. In the module "Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation" students learn how to motivate others and understand the impact of rewards on performance. In the module "The How of Happiness" students learn how to find joy and deep satisfaction in their lives. In the module "Decision Making" students acquire the tools to optimize choices. In the module "Emotional Intelligence" students learn 4 key skills: self-perception, empathy, self-regulation, and coaching. In the module "Organizational Intelligence" students examine their organizational networks and learn how to navigate silos and build trust. In the module "Cultural Intelligence" students learn the 3 key cultural profiles and examine their own cultural style.
