About this Course
In this course I will teach you an amazing technique to dramatically reduce your stress and burnout. As you are aware stress and burnout are the two biggest headaches for employees worldwide. Millions are suffering from stress and burnout in their lives every day.
What is Stress?
Most people confuse stress with tiredness. But they are both different. Tiredness can be easily removed, but stress cannot be easily removed from your body. To understand the difference I will give an example of a hot sizzling cup of coffee with five or six spoons of sugar in it. The sugar in the coffee is like stress, and temperature of the coffee is like tiredness. Now, if you keep the cup on a table for 15 minutes the temperature will cool down but the sweetness of the coffee will still remain intact
Similarly, tiredness can be eliminated by a few hours of good sleep or a good hot bath, but stress cannot be eliminated. Stress is a powerful and dangerous negative energy that will attack everyone’s mind, body and soul. Once you are affected by stress you will not be in control of your behavior or tongue. You will become irritable, angry, lose appetite, worry a lot, and get depression, and so on
What causes Stress?
The top reasons why employees get stress is due to workplace issues like office politics, work overload, constant pressure to improve efficiency and productivity, customer demands, performance appraisals, cost cutting, downsizing, retrenchment, outsourcing, traffic, business travel, and so on. All these headaches can turn even the most capable employee into a nervous wreck over time. Every employee regardless of whether he or she is a junior or senior employee will be hit by stress several times in their career. It is impossible to avoid it. A stressed employee can not only put himself or herself in trouble but also cause problems for his family, friends, relatives, neighbors and even strangers. Stress is also the reason for divorces, road rage, traffic accidents, domestic abuse, divorces, and even murders and suicides. For example, a stressed employee who can’t handle office politics can wreak havoc on his family members, break things, and so on
