Basic knowledge
If you have a Year 12 level of English in an English speaking country, you already have the most important qualification that is needed
Others from non-English speaking locations will need a strong understanding of English at about Upper Intermediate level or better
Having a University degree is a big help as it opens more doors, but it is not 100% necessary
You will need a sense of adventure, and a strong sense of independence.
It will be a great help if you are reasonably computer literate
